“The Locksmith is an artist at his [or her] trade and the symbol of skill and integrity to the world.”

Commercial Property Manager

"LockAware is now our go-to source for Locksmiths. We are going to continue using you, and will recommend your services to others inside and outside of our organization without hesitation."

— Assistant to a Commercial Property Manager, Los Angeles Office

The client manages a number of properties throughout Southern California and works for a company with over 20 million square feet of primarily commercial retail space under management across six states.

Prior to finding LockAware, the client spent "way too much" time finding locksmiths who could provide reliable service at short notice, and at reasonable prices throughout southern California. The need to find and work with locksmiths so frequently had become a "nightmare."

The client needed a reliable and trustworthy one-stop-shop for locksmithing and physical security services.

LockAware assumed responsibility for connecting the client with commercially proficient LockAware-verified Locksmiths in Melrose, West Hollywood, and Agoura Hills while holistically managing all inbound service requests, billing, and support.

Now, the client just makes one call for urgent service, or simply emails LockAware with service requests that can be scheduled several days in advance.

This client's "locksmith nightmares" are a thing of the past.

The client was moving into a new office suite with a number of doors and locks but did not have a single key to the existing interior locks. Furthermore, the client required a Suite-Master Key system in which some doors were to be keyed alike, many would keyed independently. Two different master keys (known as a "grand-master" system) would to provide two levels of master access and sub-master keys would permit all other users to access their respective offices.

Additionally, some of the doors that the client wanted to lock did not have locking hardware.

LockAware worked with the client to determine exact requirements before bringing in a qualified, licensed, and insured LockAware-verified Locksmith to plan the grand-master key system and to implement it.

LockAware saved the client $2000 by giving the client the option to modify existing hardware for a small cost versus purchasing new Grade-1 hardware.

All work performed by LockAware Locksmiths on LockAware Service Calls is backed by LockAware's Enhanced 90-Day Parts and Labor Warranty.
