The client manages a number of properties throughout Southern California and works for a company with over 20 million square feet of primarily commercial retail space under management across six states.

Prior to finding LockAware, the client spent "way too much" time finding locksmiths who could provide reliable service at short notice, and at reasonable prices throughout southern California. The need to find and work with locksmiths so frequently had become a "nightmare."

THE CLIENT'S NEEDS:

The client was moving into a new office suite with a number of doors and locks but did not have a single key to the existing interior locks. Furthermore, the client required a Suite-Master Key system in which some doors were to be keyed alike, many would keyed independently. Two different master keys (known as a "grand-master" system) would to provide two levels of master access and sub-master keys would permit all other users to access their respective offices.

Additionally, some of the doors that the client wanted to lock did not have locking hardware.

OUR STRATEGY AND RESULTS:

LockAware worked with the client to determine exact requirements before bringing in a qualified, licensed, and insured LockAware-verified Locksmith to plan the grand-master key system and to implement it.
