LockAware's Home Hardening process reveals and reinforces weaknesses that can make it easy for a criminal to enter your home by kicking-in your door or breaking and entering through a window.
According to the FBI, more than 60% of burglaries start with forced entry, when a door or window is broken so a burglar can gain access to your home.
Forced entry can happen even if your home has an alarm system / cameras installed.

How It Works
STEP 1: LOCKAWARE SECURITY SCORE™ ASSESSMENT
During your Security Score™ Assessment, a LockAware-verified Locksmith (CA-BSIS Licensed and LockAware-approved) visits your home to perform a detailed analysis of your home's physical security. The Locksmith measures all exterior doorways and windows and takes comprehensive notes about your doors, windows, and hardware. This data is used to generate your Security Score™ Sheet which estimates how long it would take someone to enter your home by means of forced entry and highlights the strengths and weaknesses of your home's security.
STEP 2: REVIEWING YOUR SECURITY SCORE™ AND Home Hardening packages
Based on the data from your Security Score™ Assessment, LockAware gives you a Security Score™ and provides you with Home Hardening Packages that are custom-tailored to improve your Security Score™ and make your property more resistant to forced entry.
STEP 3: Home Hardening
Once you have selected and purchased a Home Hardening Package, your LockAware-verified Locksmith will return to complete your Home Hardening.
